Replacement Parts Most Makes and Models of Ozone Machine
Like any other piece of industrial equipment, the parts
on your ozone machine will wear over time and require replacement.
Replacing these parts is routine and included as a feature
in our many preventive maintenance programs. Some of your
ozone machine’s parts may require changing on a quarterly
basis while other will last a whole year or even years. It
is imperative though that you as the owner replace those parts
when necessary if you hope to keep your ozone machine running
optimally. If you choose to operate and maintain your ozone
machine yourself, it will be your responsibility to obtain
those parts, however, if you sign up for a Finnegan-Reztek
service agreement we will take make that responsibility our
own.
Sticking to your Ozone Machine’s
Parts Replacement Schedule
Depending on the make and model of your machine, your parts
replacement schedule will be different. Our technicians recommend
that owner’s of ozone machines regularly change:
- air filters
- flow meters
- air and water switches
- catalyst
- dessicant
Additionally, your dielectrics will require cleaning and/or
replacement from time to time. If you have an ozone machine
and are not quite sure which parts to change and when, any
one of our technicians or engineers would be happy to help
you design a parts replacement calendar.
Spare Parts for Discontinued or Older Ozone Machines
A particularly difficult challenge is finding spare and
replacement for older ozone machines. In many instances, original
equipment manufacturers will stop to stock these parts after
the warranties on those systems that they sold have expired.
In such cases, Finnegan-Reztek can help you to obtain those
hard to find parts. If we don’t carry the item in stock,
we will certainly try our best to find someone who does.
