Ozonator Operation and Maintenance Training Programs
Between Finnegan-Reztek’s monthly
service visits, the client is responsible for the normal operation
of his or her own ozonator. In the case of an emergency Finnegan-Reztek
technicians are available to troubleshoot the situation both
over the phone and on-site if necessary. Normal operation,
however, requires some degree of understanding of the science,
technology, and theory behind an ozonator. For that reason,
Finnegan-Reztek offers comprehensive training programs on
ozonator operation and maintenance. Normally these programs
are included in the system sale and delivered at start-up,
however, refresher courses and courses on the operation and
maintenance of non-Finnegan-Reztek ozone machines can be scheduled
at any time. As with most other industrial equipment, it is
best to have a fundamental knowledge of the technology that
constitutes the system.
Ozonator O&M Courses Tailored to Your Needs
Normally, a Finnegan-Reztek engineer or experienced technician
gives these courses that are designed to fit the specific
needs and wishes of the customer. The goal is that this course
will complement the ozonator’s preventive maintenance
program so that whether Finnegan-Reztek is off site or on,
the ozonator is always in good hands. Of course, a day’s
training cannot substitute for years of experience, but Finnegan-Reztek
does believe that basic training like this does improve a
customer’s overall ozone experience. The better understanding
the customer has of his or her own ozonator the more comfortable
he or she feels with his purchase. Knowledge is always the
key to putting ozone to work.
